I gave Crimson Viper(Maya) from Street Fighter 4 a tightly fit dress  i heard she's latina so the flower dress made sense for me.
I gave R.mika(Rainbow Mika) from Street Fighter Alpha 3  a dress with a similar design to her normal attire except dress form and no mask.
I gave Chun LI from Street Fighter 2 dress(cheongsam)similar to her normal attire the yellow and blue would look awesome.
